Many directors approached me for my call sheet. But I did not like the stories they told me. I refused Tamil films because the stories was not good. But I liked the story of Puli Vesham when director P Vasu narrated it to me. There is importance in my role so I agreed to act in it.”

I am very happy that I am acting with Ajith. Like other I am also expecting this film very much. I am pairing with Vimal in Thoonganagaram. I am donning the role of an anchor woman of a local TV network. I have spoken Madurai Tamil in this film. I spoke Nellai Tamil in Angaadi Theru.
To speak Nellai Tamil, I took training from Nellai people. But I did not take any training to speak Madurai Tamil. I learnt it myself. From this year onwards, I will act in the films that have good stories.”
Now she is currently acting in the Malayalam film Three Kings. The shooting of this film is taking place near Chalakudi. A scene featuring Indrajith and Sandhya riding a bike was shot.
Since there slush in the road due to heavy rains, the bike skidded. Because of this, Sandhya fell from the bike. She sustained severe injuries in her hand and burns in her leg because of the silence. So immediately she was rushed to hospital. She is being given treatment there.
Sandhya while speaking about this said,” Luckily I escaped from the accident. I have being given treatment in the hospital. I am taking rest in the hotel. I will start acting after I am fully cured.”
Now she is pairing with Jayam Ravi in the film Aadhi Bhaghavan . Though she is acting in Tamil films, her Tamil seems to be very worst though she takes much effort to learn Tamil during the shooting breaks. Now she has decided to learn Tamil at one stretch after completing the shooting of this film.

I did not win in my first film itself. I have had bitter experiences in my first two films. I had labored very hard for two years for the film Myna. Now I am enjoying the fruits. My goal now is to retain the place which the Tamil people have given me. Because of this I am selecting good stories.”

My character was also good in the film. I am donning the role of Seetha in the film Ram Rajyam. This film is Ramayana story. The Lava Kusa portions are only being shot. This film is a remake of the old film which had Anjali Devi had acted. I am doing the role which Anjali Devi did in the original version.”
Since everybody knows Tamil at the shooting spot, they will immediately correct me if I make a wrong pronunciation. Now there is a small gap after the schedule. I will learn Tamil fully before the next schedule commences. Recently I had danced for a song in a function held at Dubai.
After this I went to meet my fans. All of them surrounded me. I was very scared and was wondering that they will ask for my autograph. But all of them asked me whether they can marry me and also mentioned that they will take care of me very well. Most of them who asked me like that were either Malayalees or Tamilians. This made me very happy. But I told them that I don’t have the idea of getting married now and silently slipped away from that place.”
Trisha will be pairing with Udhayanidhi Stalin in this film. Initially it was mentioned that Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruthi Haasan would be pairing with Udhayanidhi Stalin.
But all of a sudden Trisha has been signed to do the female lead role. Trisha has acted in a different way in the film Man Madhan Ambu and that was the reason for choosing her. The shooting of this film is to begin soon.
I am also interested in politics after becoming older. So I have decided to join Congress. I selected this party because all my family members are in it. Rahul speaks very frankly. I was very much attracted and drawn towards him because of his speech.
I have some films in my hand. After completing this, I will be joining the Congress Party. People who are born in this world should do some good deed. Politics is the best base to do social work. That is the reason I am joining Congress. I will also campaign for the assembly elections.”
The young leading actress also has the movie Vengai with Dhanush on her hand currently.
Sources say she is busy with Telugu films for 2011. So her dates are not available until December 2011.
This means actress Thamannah will not be accepting new projects in Tamil until 2012.
Samira Reddy said,” I have lot of confidence on Gowtham Menon. That is why I had agreed to act in Nadunisi Naigal when Gowtham Menon called me. In the same way, Gowtham Menon has also confidence in me and that is the reason that he has chosen me for his next film.
A project will be successful if there is mutual confidence and that is how Nadunisi Naigal has come out. When I got the role in Vaaranam Aayiram, may told me to be consider this role since that was a small one. But the same people after seeing the film said that my role was very powerful. When she was pairing with Vishal, there were rumors that she was in love with him. Later on there was news linking her with Prithviraj. When asked Priyamani about this she said,” People are telling that our pair is very good.
The films in which I had paired with Jagapathy Babu has also done well at the box office. That is why we continue to act together. Someone is spreading rumors that we are in love because we have paired in four films. There is no truth in it. I am not in love with anyone.”
